Asian Traditions
The Asian transmissions offered by Kandegh are the living initiatic currents of the continent, each received in its own lineage and conferred to its own effect. From Thailand comes the wicha of the ajahns: the invulnerability of khong kraphan chatri and the prosperity of maha pokasap, in the sak yant tradition. From Vietnam, the huyền môn of the Nam Tông Trà Kha school, whose Thánh Tổ talismans and Lỗ Ban seals bind, protect and command. From China, the Daoist ritual lineages of Maoshan and Lüshan, the carpenter-sorcery of Lu Ban, the talismanic cosmology of Qimen Dunjia, the star-walking rites of the Seven Stars and the thunder rites of the Mystic Gate: exorcism, spirit-command and talisman-writing as the temples still practise them. From Japan, the Mikkyō of Fudō Myōō, with its kuji-in seals, kujikiri and goma fire. From the Himalayas, the Vajrayāna of tummo, phurba, Vajrayoginī, Tröma Nagmo and the wrathful protectors. Each transmission is conferred on the recipient's own name, verified by Kandegh through the inner eye, and delivered with a complete manual and phonetic guide. The Javanese and Indonesian path, and the Indian tantric and Aghora transmissions, are presented in their own sections.
